- Please be advised that all images are owned by Misty Lowe Photography for web sharing, marketing, printing and any other way the photographer sees fit.
- The images provided to you by Misty Lowe Photography are copyrighted and altering or editing the images in any way is unlawful. Images released to you are for printing and sharing with friends and family only.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and mailing of your disc before contacting the photographer. If there is a further delay you will be notified.
- All session fees are due at the time of booking and are non refundable. A 24-48 hour noticed is required for cancellation of your session and at that time your session will be rescheduled at my next available opening.
- Travel fees may apply on locations outside of a 25 mile radius of Burleson, Texas.
- High Resolution disc DOES NOT come with your session. It must be purchased separately for a fee of $125 and will also include a print release.
